Data Deletion Request
Agentized (operated by TS Agency LLC) processes data deletion requests under GDPR Art. 17 (right to erasure), Turkey's KVKK, and Meta Platform Policies. Email is the default channel.
How to request
Send an email with your name, the phone / email tied to the account, scope of request (full account or specific records), and a verification reference (clinic name, last interaction date). We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Tenant (clinic) account and configuration
- Lead and patient records (name, phone, email, tags, notes)
- Appointment records
- Conversation history (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, webchat)
- Voice call transcripts and audio files
- Uploaded pre-consultation photos
- Newsletter subscription lists
Sub-processor propagation
Anthropic (zero retention), OpenAI (30 days), VAPI (7 days), Resend (30 days), Neon (immediate plus 7-day PITR window), Cloudflare R2 (90-day rotation), Meta (per Meta policy), Telnyx (90 days legal), Vercel (stateless).
Retained data
Tax and invoice records (5 years under Turkish Tax Procedure Law), anonymised analytics, legally compelled records, encrypted backups (up to 90 days within rotation).
